TOBY’S X ADIDAS COURT MASTER
Promo Period and Eliminations: June 6 – July 20, 2025
Ranking Period (top 32): July 22, 2025 3pm - Toby’s Sports Flagship BGC
Finals: July 26, 2025 – 1-6pm
Location: SM Mall of Asia Music Hall
Promo Mechanics:
- Promo Duration: June 6 – July 20, 2025
- For every single receipt purchase of adidas merchandise worth P1,000 at any participating Toby’s Sports in Metro Manila and tobys.com, customer is entitled to get a game stub for the Toby’s x adidas Court Master. (P1,000 purchase = 1 stub; P4,000 purchase = 4 stubs)
- Customer must claim the game stub at the cashier upon payment in the Toby’s Flagship store for a shootout game (1 stub = 1 game).
- Claiming of Game Stub requires 1 Valid ID and the receipt of the Purchase (Invoice must be during the promo period)
- Games can only be played during store hours from Monday to Sunday, 10am to 9pm, and in the presence of a Toby’s Sports Game Master.
- Participants must at least be 18 yrs old to join the contest.
- Stubs can be saved and used on a later date, but only within the promo duration.
- Stubs are named after the person who made the purchase and the game to be played in exchange of the stub must be played by person whose name is on the stub. Stubs are non-transferrable. Player must present one valid photo ID. No valid photo ID, no stub and no shootout.
- The customer’s score will act as his/her entry for the Toby’s x adidas Court Master. Scores will be accumulated, and a player’s accumulated score will be his/her entry to be included in the Top 30. Scores are non-transferrable.
- All valid scores or entries within the duration of the promo will be ranked. The top 30 players with the highest scores after the duration of the promo will qualify for the Toby’s x adidas Court Master Finals. A DTI representative will be present during the ranking period on July 22, 2025 3pm at Toby’ Sports BGC.
- The remaining 2 Finalists will be determined by the 2 highest spenders within the promo period under the supervision of a DTI Representative.
- Tiebreak: In case of score ties, the customer with the higher purchase amount will qualify. If two customers spend the same amount, the one who achieves the highest score first will be deemed qualified.
- The FINAL Top 32 players will be announced via social media and will be contacted via their provided phone and email address.
- The Top 32 players will be given 3 days or 72 hours to confirm their attendance in the playoffs. Otherwise, their slot will be forfeited and will be given to the next person in rank, with prior DTI approval.
- The Top 32 will receive adidas merchandise that they are required to wear during the playoffs. The Finals will be held on July 26, 2025 at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall (see below for the Playoffs Mechanics).
- Toby’s Sports employees and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not allowed to join the contest.
Elimination Shootout Game Rules:
- Three (3) spots will be marked on the court with corresponding points
- Right Elbow
- Middle
- Left Elbow
2. Players will get six (6) basketballs per spot and shoot on the three (3) corresponding spots (18 total shots) on the floor to score as many points as possible.
Leaderboard:
- The Toby’s x Adidas Court Master Leaderboard with the current top 32 scorers will be displayed in the PlayZone and will be updated real-time. The Leaderboard is a 50-inch screen displayed on the PlayZone.
- The Leaderboard with the final top 32 scorers to qualify for the Finals will be displayed in the PlayZone and Toby’s Sports LED wall along 5th Ave.
TOBY’S X ADIDAS COURT MASTER FINALS
Location: SM Mall of Asia Music Hall
Date and Time: July 26, 2025
Playoffs/Tournament Mechanics:
- 32 Players
- Tournament format: Single Elimination
- Security: To ensure the safety of our participants, Toby’s Sports shall provide additional marshals/security personnel on the day of the event. Minimum of 2 additional marshals/security. This is on top of the 2 security personnel stationed at Music Hall.
FINALS Game Rules:
- Possession will be decided through a free Throw Shot.
- Official FIBA basketball rules will be applied.
- Checking of the ball is mandatory to “signal” the start of the shot clock.
- If a player scores, he/she keeps the ball. If the player misses the ball, it will be turned over to the other player.
- If a foul, turnover, travel, double dribble, lifting, or violation is called, that player loses their turn.

Game Clock – 8 minutes.
- First to score 12 will win
- If no one reaches 12 points within the game clock, the first player who score the highest point will advance to the next round.
- In case of ties, the first player to score the highest point will advance to the next round.
- Shot Clock: 15 seconds/possession.
- A 20-second timeout per player per game. Hard Fouls will result to 1 free throw (technical foul, flagrant foul)
Winners:
- Winners can claim the prize on the day of the Finals.
- Winners will be announced in social media and will also be featured in the Leaderboard inside the store and in the store Interactive Walls.
PURCHASE AND CLAIM STUB PROCESS
- Customer to purchase any adidas merchandise at Toby’s Sports.
- GCs, cash, credit/debit card are the only accepted mode of payments for the promo.
- Upon payment, if single receipt purchase is minimum of 1000, cashier will remind customer that he/she is liable for the Court Master challenge happening in the Playzone in BGC.

GAME STUB Claiming:
- Customer must provide a valid ID and present the proof of purchase that was made during the promo period.
- Customer must then provide his/her name, email and contact details.
- Upon arrival to the PlayZone, Customer will be asked to provide a valid photo ID. Shootout Game Master will input the customer’s name into the Shootout Stub and will mark the receipt “CLAIMED” (by the use of a stamp). For every P1000, customer will earn one stub (eg. P1000 single receipt purchase = 1 shootout stub; 2,000 single receipt purchase = 2 stubs). Stubs can only be named after the customer who made the purchase. Receipt invoice must be made during the Promo Period.
- To take on the challenge, the customer will need to present his Court Master Stub(receipt) to be stamped in exchange for a game. His purchase receipt, one valid ID and contact details must be presented before he can continue. The name in the Court Master and the valid photo ID provided and the person who will play the game must be the same. A participant may also choose to claim his stub/game on a different day but only within the promo Player must still present the official receipt, stub and valid photo ID even when claiming on a different day.
- The Shootout Game Master will then ask the participant to input his/her details in a tablet. Players are responsible for inputting the correct details to make sure Toby’s Sports will be able to contact them if they make the Top 32. Toby’s Sports will not be responsible for not being able to contact a player who made the Top 32, because of wrong contact details entered in the tablet.
- After every game, the score tallied by the shootout machine will be entered in the customer’s profile. The total sum will be the basis whether he/she will enter the Top 32.
